  Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge, we can provide a cot/bed at the cost of £10.00 per night. For children aged 5 –10 years sharing their parents’ room there will be an additional charge of £20.00 per night.

Check In / Check Out

• Check in is from 4pm onwards unless prior arrangements are made.
• Please check out by 10.30am.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Parking

Ample free parking is available at owner’s risk.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.

Internet

Wireless broadband internet access is available free of charge.

Deposit

A £30 deposit will be charged to hold the room for you. This is refundable as long as cancellations are made more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
